Help
Plain answers about how TBD works.
- How does payment work?
- TBD never holds money. The buyer and seller pay through Escrow.com using its broker flow. Until Escrow.com data is connected, milestones shown here are reported by the parties.
- What is a claim?
- A claim reserves a prospect for a finder under one listing rules version. It is not an introduction. Commission can follow only an accepted introduction and a closed sale.
- What does Domain control verified mean?
- A DNS check passed at the time shown. It tells you the person could change the domain's DNS records. It does not prove legal ownership.
- What can we not do?
- We cannot hold funds, transfer domains, promise that a domain will sell, or decide who has the better legal right to a domain. For trademark disputes we direct the parties to the UDRP or URS process.
