Claim and Dispute Policy

Version 1 · Dated November 20, 2026

1. What a claim is

A claim reserves a named prospect for one finder under one rules version. A claim is not an introduction. It gives no right to commission by itself.

2. Order and duplicates

  • Claims are ordered by the server clock. When two finders claim the same prospect, the earlier valid claim is active and the later one is queued.
  • The owner reviews a claim within the review period in the rules, or it follows the rule for missed reviews.

3. Introduction

  • The finder must submit an introduction before the deadline. The owner accepts or declines it.
  • Protection starts only after an accepted introduction and lasts for the period in the rules.

4. Objections and disputes

  • An owner can object to a claim, and a finder can respond. Either side can open a dispute.
  • Staff decide disputes from the recorded evidence and write down the reason. Evidence can be anonymized after the retention period.

5. Limits

Staff decisions apply to claims on the platform. They do not decide ownership of a domain or a payment between the parties.
